Marybeth Tahar
Working in the field of performance improve- ment for 30+ years, Marybeth has consulted
with over 100 organizations in strategic planning, team building and the design/delivery of executive leadership learning processes. Marybeth left her 25+ year role as an executive in a consulting firm to launch Mastery Squared in 2013. She is currently spending her free time in workshops learning about neuroscience and meditation or golfing (enthusiastically but not skillfully) on Kauai.
Susan Baker
A senior executive with three decades of financial and business leadership, Susan has a successful track record of managing organizations through rapid growth and other complex challenges. Susan has extensive experience as a C-level operating executive, an investment banking partner, board member, and investor. Susan has an MBA from Stanford. In her free time, she can be found biking to the top of mountains and traveling the world!
Kris Downing-Sorgen
Working in the leadership development field for
25+ years as a Vice President with the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the world’s largest leadership development institutions, Kris provided expertise in strategic innovation and product development. Now, she enjoys designing and facilitating strategy sessions with executive teams/boards and executive coaching. Kris has an MBA from Wake Forest University and is an adjunct instructor at the university level. An avid tennis player, she misses many matches these days while renovating her tiny mountain cottage in Virginia.
Cate Sabatini
As an executive coach, Cate focuses upon the
“whole person,” making every client feel deeply
valued. Her work results in relationships where trust lays a foundation to support clients’ goals and the courageous stretch into their potential. Serving as the Director of PWC’s prestigious Leadership Coaching Center, she worked closely with leaders around the world to expand their leadership capabilities on their path to making partner. Cate enjoys throwing parties, riding roller coasters (including airplane turbulence!) and protecting the environment.
Leslie Becknell Marx
Leslie works with emerging leaders and exec- utives, helping them use their strengths to make significant and meaningful contributions. She has particular expertise in: communication coaching and facilitating diversity, equity and inclusion experiences. Leslie’s background includes sales, marketing and innovation roles with IBM, P&G, and Coca-Cola. She has an MA from Johns Hopkins School (International Studies) and is an improvisational actor and an enthusiastic, but sporadic, writer!
Jennifer Legaspi
Jen guides her coaching clients to their own wisdom, helping them discover their strengths and aspirations, while removing barriers to becoming their best selves. With work experience in global project management, sales, marketing, and communications, Jen understands the complexities of execution, management and cross-functional collaboration. Jen has her MBA from Golden Gate University, is a certified Integrative Wellness & Life Coach and spends her free time practicing and teaching yoga.
Lisa Cavallaro
Lisa has demonstrated success in creating strategies for global business challenges by developing leaders in five prominent organizations:
Intel, Sun, Cisco, Stanford and Western Digital.
She has a Masters in Organization Design and is certified in Hogan, MBTI, Booth & Zenger Folkman 360 assessments in addition to mastering Neuro-Leadership Coaching. In her free-time, Lisa romps around with her grand-daughters and designs jewelry.
Glenna Gerard
Glenna is a skilled consultant, devoted to strengthening conscious leadership in our world. She is a facilitator and teacher of personal and organizational leadership,
a business manager, a program designer, a coach and one of the initial pioneers in developing the concept of “Dialogue: a conversational framework for tapping collective intelligence". Ask her about her “Essence Walkabouts” in New Mexico or her most current pursuit: kite-surfing!
Matt Traeger
Matt brings 15+ years of consulting experience in the design and delivery of customized leadership solutions. He co-authored “Managing Smart: 325 High-Performance Tips Every Manager Must Know,” providing fast, practical answers for solving workplace situations faced by today’s managers. He has designed and delivered initiatives ranging from C-Suite to Front-line leaders across the globe and frequently returns from his trips to Mexico with an extra dog. Call him up if you have room for a rescue pet!
Eric Paul
Eric is a globally experienced, multicultural Human Resources executive with an extensive background in supporting business strategy execution in many Fortune 100 companies. Working across multiple geographies, his specialties include: talent management, organization development, executive development and coaching, large-scale transformation, succession planning, performance management, large-group facilitation, and regional and global leadership. When he’s not working, Eric likes to spend time on fitness, reading, listening to music and being with his better half.
Pamela Siliato
As a senior consultant and co-founder of Mastery Squared, Pamela’s mission is to reduce needless suffering in the workplace by helping people to skillfully work with disruptive emotions from the inside out. For over 25 years, Pamela has run global organizational and learning development functions, managed the people complexities of M&A’s, and coached C-Suite executives at organizations including Google, Medtronic, Hewlett-Packard, Applied Materials, and Pacific Gas & Electric Company.
Stacy Ferratti
Stacy has designed and facilitated leadership development learning processes domestically and internationally over the past 25 years. Her specialty is curriculum design, presentation skills, and virtual training. She brings her extensive background in personal growth, graphic design, and improvisational theater, in combination with her interest in neuroscience, to teach, coach and inspire leaders to excel in front of any audience. She can be counted on for humor, honesty, and directness in the service of bringing out the best in others.
