Working in the field of performance improvement for 30+ years, Marybeth has consulted with over 100 organizations with particular expertise in:

• Designing and implementing large-scale, multi-tiered leadership learning processes focusing on strategic thinking and leadership consciousness

• Designing and facilitating executive direction setting initiatives that achieve results in alignment-building, problem-solving, or strategic planning

• Planning and facilitating high-stakes decision making meetings with complex content, complex interpersonal dynamics and conflict

• Conducting executive workshops in the areas of strategic thinking, collaborative skills and self-awareness

• Working in long term coaching engagements with executives interested in shifting disruptive patterns

• Working with yummy people on interesting projects that make a difference for the organization and in the lives of the people we touch

Prior to launching Mastery Squared, Marybeth worked for Interaction Associates and Intel. She continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Interaction Associates.

Danielle is a specialist in the areas of transformational leadership and organizational change. With over 25 years working as an internal organizational development consultant and manager for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Switzerland, and running her own consulting and training business in Australia, Danielle brings significant breadth and depth to her consulting and coaching work. She has:

  • Designed and implemented numerous successful, tailored, multi-tiered leadership development programs, strategic planning processes, change management initiatives, restructures, and cultural assessments
  • Consulted on strategies to take organizations successfully to IPO
  • Designed and implemented brand engagement process involving all levels of an organization to ensure understanding and employee ownership
  • Logged 3000+ hours of coaching for middle and senior executives

Danielle has a graduate degree in business and leadership from Curtin University in Australia. She has lived and worked in Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, China, Japan, Malaysia, India, Australia, and the United States. She has a strong commitment to practices of yoga, meditation, and exercise.

Matt Treger brings over twelve years of consulting experience in the design and delivery of customized leadership solutions through the integration of assessments, action learning, applied business skills, simulations, and group process facilitation. His work is complemented by five years of technical writing expertise and he is co-author of Managing Smart: 325 High Performance Tips Every Manager Must Know, which provides fast, practical answers for solving common workplace situations faced by today’s managers.

Matt has designed and delivered leadership initiatives ranging from C-Suite to Front-line leaders across the globe, including India, China, Singapore, the Philippines, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, France, Bulgaria, Ireland, and throughout North America. Recent clients include Dell Computer Corporation, Facebook, John Deere, The Ken Blanchard Companies, Newell Rubbermaid, and Qualcomm.

Matt is also an adjunct facilitator and coach at the San Diego campus of the Center for Creative Leadership. Matt combines his passion for experiential education with his graduate work in both biology and business to coach and facilitate innovative leadership and team development programs with real-world applications.

Matt received his masters in business administration from San Diego State University in addition to graduate work in behavioral science and a bachelors of science degree in biology from the University of California at San Diego. He is a recipient of San Diego’s Tournament of Driving Forces Award and served on the Executive Board for the Business School Alumni Association at San Diego State University. He was also recognized by the Kauffman Foundation for outstanding achievement in working with rapidly growing, and entrepreneurially-spirited, organizations.

Keith Merron received his Doctorate from Harvard University in 1985, where his studies spanned the fields of human and organization development.   He is the author of five books on human and organizational change.  They include: Riding the Wave: Designing Your Organization for Enduring Success, Consulting Mastery: How the Best Make the Biggest Difference, The Golden Flame: The Heart and Soul of Remarkable Leadership, Inner Freedom: Living Authentically the Life You Were Truly Meant to Live and Gender Intelligence: Breakthrough Strategies for Increasing Diversity and Improving Your Bottom Line, co-authored with Barbara Annis.

Keith his currently working on his next book, tentatively titled: Conscious Leadership, which is an ode to his 35 years of leadership transformation experience in helping leaders become more conscious and effective.

Keith teaches leadership at Hult International Business School and is in high demand as a speaker on the subject of leadership and building extraordinary organizational cultures.
